Sita Kolossa founded Nordbridge in 2012 as well as Nordbridge+ in 2022. Prior to setting up Nordbridge, Sita helped a boutique search firm establish their presence in Continental Europe within the Alternative Asset space and worked within the Financial Services Practice at Heidrick and Struggles. Whilst there, she focused on the private equity sector and executed pre and post deal management due-diligence, management appraisal and senior appointments for investment professionals, operating professionals and portfolio business management. Prior to that, Sita was responsible for Investor Relations with RiverRock European Capital Partners in London.

Originally from Hamburg, Germany, Sita began her career in Journalism writing for Der Spiegel before moving to London to join CNN. Sita studied at the University of Hamburg, Germany and in London, receiving degrees in International Politics, Business Studies, and Economics. Sita is trilingual in English, German and Hungarian. Sita is an active member of Level 20, an organisation which seeks to attract and retain more women across the European private equity industry.
