Francesca Wright joined Nordbridge in 2024 and is currently Vice President focusing on all aspects of candidate research/engagement across a range of seniorities and fund sizes.

Francesca has over four years’ experience in financial headhunting, with her most recent position working within Investment Banking and Private Equity at a boutique recruitment company. She began her career focusing on placing Insolvency and Restructuring professionals into Banks/Advisory firms.

Francesca is British and grew up in Surrey, while obtaining an upper second-class degree in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh.
