Nordbridge, the premium executive search firm for the private equity sector, has launched NordbridgePlus to provide clients, candidates, and those in the sector with one-on-one coaching and advice.

The new service will include advisory sessions designed for individual career needs, diversity and inclusivity strategies, market benchmarking, in-depth career guidance, professional and leadership development, business transformation, organisational advisory support, assessment and development guidance, professional referencing, fund strategy and industry and networking events.

NordbridgePlus will be run jointly by Nordbridge CEO Sita Kolossa and Managing Director Jessica Beynon.
